We collect only the information you give us directly. From the contact form: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, your target exam date, the challenge you describe, and your message. From the Practice Hub: your answers to the free diagnostic and practice questions, which are used to show you your results. From the Monday Compass newsletter: your email address. From enrollment: your name, email address, the program tier you selected, and your answers to two enrollment questions, covering how you heard about Noble Path Academy and whether you have taken a PMP preparation course in the last two years. From scheduling: the name, email address, and time you provide when booking a discovery call through Calendly. From the Lumen assistant: the messages you send in a chat, and any feedback you choose to give, along with the page you were on. If you are not signed in, this is stored without any information that identifies you.
Your information is used to answer your enquiry, deliver the program you enrolled in, send the newsletter you subscribed to, schedule calls you book, keep an accurate record of your enrollment and access, improve the clarity and usefulness of our materials, improve the platform based on what visitors tell us, and confirm that enrollment is independent of any prior training relationship. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share the minimum necessary with the service providers that run parts of this platform. Beehiiv delivers the Monday Compass newsletter, so your email address is held there if you subscribe. Stripe processes payments, so your payment details are handled by Stripe and we never see or store your card number. Calendly handles call bookings, so the details you enter there are held by Calendly. Base44 provides the hosting, database, and authentication for this site, so your account and form submissions are stored on that platform. Plausible Analytics measures page views and receives no personal information. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so.
This site uses session cookies that are necessary for signing in and keeping your account secure. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking, and we do not build advertising profiles. For basic, aggregated usage measurement we use Plausible Analytics, which counts page views so we can see which pages are useful. Plausible sets no cookies, collects no personal information, and does not identify individual visitors or follow them across other sites. What we see are totals, never individual visits.
Enrollment and access records are kept while your access is active and for seven years afterwards, which is the period we are required to retain financial records. Contact form enquiries, diagnostic results, and Lumen chat records, including any feedback you give, are kept for up to 24 months. Your answers to the two enrollment questions are retained with your enrollment record and cannot be edited after submission. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. When information is no longer needed, it is deleted.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can unsubscribe from the Monday Compass newsletter at any time using the link in any issue. To make a request, email zac@noblepathacademy.com with the email address you used. We will confirm and act on deletion requests within 30 days, except where we are required to keep a financial record.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
