Access to course materials, the Practice Hub, mock exams, Trials, and study resources is granted solely to the enrolled individual. Sharing your account, redistributing materials, or reselling any content is prohibited.
All materials, guides, practice questions, process charts, and resources are the original work of Noble Path Academy and are protected by copyright. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
Members are expected to engage respectfully in all sessions and communications. Noble Path Academy reserves the right to end access for conduct that is abusive, disruptive, or that breaches these terms.
Noble Path Academy does not guarantee PMP exam success. The PMP examination is administered exclusively by PMI, and outcomes depend on individual effort, prior experience, and other factors beyond our control. Noble Path Academy is an independent platform and is not a PMI Authorized Training Partner. Programs offered here do not provide the 35 contact hours required for the PMP application, and candidates obtain those hours separately.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Pass Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Noble Path Academy LLC under these terms is limited to the amount you have paid us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost earnings or missed opportunities.
Noble Path Academy may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.
